Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10th July 2025

1. No Return & No Refund After Delivery

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Product preferences (taste, appearance, etc.)
  • Delays caused by the shipping provider

2. Quality Check Before Dispatch

Every product is thoroughly inspected and packed with care before shipping to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.

3. Damaged or Stale Products During Shipping

If your product:

  • Is visibly damaged, or
  • Appears to be stale or spoiled

Please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product with:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled item

4. Resolution

Once we receive your email:

  • We will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, we may offer a partial refund, store credit, or reshipment, at our discretion

5. No Responsibility for Courier Delays

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by courier partners. However, we will assist in tracking and coordination wherever possible.
