We currently ship orders within India only. Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid any delays.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

• Delhi/NCR: 1–3 business days
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen events like strikes, weather disruptions, or holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout. We may offer free shipping for select products or on orders above a certain value as part of promotional offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make two attempts to deliver your package. If you are unavailable, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Delays and Exceptions

We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information. However, we will assist you with tracking and escalation wherever possible.

8. Packaging

All items are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged.
